Leadership & Management

Escenima supports leaders not in knowing more — but in remembering how to lead from the body, the presence, and the truth of the moment.
This is not about acquiring new techniques. It’s about shedding old scripts that no longer serve, and rehearsing new ways of being that can truly hold a team, a vision, and a change process.

The experience begins with a scene of symbolic chaos, where current leadership dynamics are represented in movement, gesture, and voice. Hierarchies, roles, and unspoken tensions surface naturally — not through analysis, but through action.

From there, participants are introduced to a set of Leadership Archetypes and Organizational Roles — symbolic figures that help leaders recognize where they lead from (the Fixer, the Observer, the Protector…) and how they relate to the systems around them (resistance, over-responsibility, avoidance, authority).

Each leader then begins to build their own leadership script — a personal, embodied narrative that represents how they want to show up in key relational moments: in conflict, in uncertainty, in decision, in silence.

This process is not abstract — it is lived, voiced, and rehearsed in scene, with and in front of others. These moments of vulnerability and clarity are filmed and photographed throughout, resulting in a short cinematic document: not a highlight reel, but a memory of what shifted, of what the body knew before the mind could explain it.

What emerges is not a new leadership model, but a more human one — grounded in emotional clarity, relational intelligence, and symbolic coherence.

By the end, leaders don’t just feel more confident.
They feel more present, more aligned, and more trusted — because they’ve stopped leading from habit, and started leading from truth.
